Project
Jardim
Location
West Chelsea
Description
An expansive oasis for an energetic family in Isay Weinfeld’s Manhattan monolith, Jardim. The home was designed to embrace a modern eclecticism, creating a unique sensibility that channels the curatorial eye of these young art collectors—and the imaginative spirit of their children.
Gio Ponti chairs sit seamlessly alongside pieces crafted from local artisans. An Italian marble fireplace lives next to custom Turkish floor coverings and an important mid-century bar. Each space was created to flex and bend to the family’s daily life and desire to entertain, including a vast outdoor living space and garden, which extend the home well beyond its four walls.
